The customer service from Kitset is the worst I have ever experienced from any company. It is 3 months since we signed our order, and we still don't have all of our doors or shelves. The worst part is the lack of communication. We didn't find out that there would be a hold up with our order until 4 weeks in, and only after we made contact to find out what was going on. When our doors finally arrived after more than 2 months, there were doors and shelves missing, even though they were listed on the delivery docket. 3 weeks later and we still don't have them, I can only assume they hadn't even been manufactured. Kitset make no apologies for there disgraceful lack of customer service, we have given them plenty of opportunity to do this through our many emails and phone calls trying to get information. I was so looking forward to a new kitchen, now I'm just sick of it.
