Trying to contact K Masrt over a very serious issue and yet their forms will not allow me to send my message as it seemingly contains 'inappropriate language' although there is not anything inappropriate at all in what I have written. They just want to avoid having any conversation about my concern and that is highly disapointing! Won't be shopping here anymore sadly!
I had my wife's Mazda serviced by our local Kmart tyre and service center on 26/06/17 and was advised that the rear swing arm bushes were worn and also front sway bar D rubbers were also needing replacement. For$515. I checked with a Mazda mechanic who found some wear on the front rubbers and rear were good. I was advised that the LH shocker had a almost worn out top rubber and the RH side was leaking! So Kmart were way off the mark. I also had a a holder Colorado serviced a few weeks earlier by Kmart and was advised to replace the rear schackle rubbers. A spring works place advised me that they were fine. I have attempted to put in a complaint but website will not allow me to do so. So my complaint has to go this way.
Simple mistake was made which is understandable (I waited for tyres to be fitted that were not at the store location, why did you take my car?), the way the store manger handled himself was unprofessional. Clearly this location couldn't care less about head office, when I asked to be transferred to complaints the store manager refused to transfer the call then hung up on me.
