3 weeks ago I was searching for fans in Kmart. They had sold out of a particular one I wanted and had gone online to see which stores had stock. Broadway store claimed they had 16 available so I ordered it through click and collect. The next day I was sent an email with a refund because there were none in stock. This was after I drove all the way to Fig Tree because their store showed stock available but that wasn't correct either. I went in the store personally to speak with a manager and was passed on to 4 different people. One manager said they should arrive next week and would contact me. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for this call.
