Kmart

This Kmart is pretty big! There is a lot of variety and a lot of stock. So many house and gift ideas too. Pricing in general is pretty good and staff are friendly and helpful each time I have needed some assistance.

such a busy store! customer service isnt really great.

the products are good, and are very reasonably priced.

put more staff on, and you will have more customers actually getting help

the overall experience in this kmart was good.

the staff were nice in the change room, but it was dissapointing they were so busy i couldnt get any help with exchanging sizes etc.

I was able to take back a pair of thongs that i had purchased for my daughter to swap for a bigger size with no fuss.

I did have good service in the check out - although there needs to be more staff on the self serve check outs. its too busy and too many mistakes and flashing lights.

I wish they would order more shoes for women over a size 9 !! they only have one pair of shoes in a size 10, and if your not first in the shop with new season's stock you are dissapointed.
