Looked to moving my business over to them from my other long term wholesaler where I dispatched products to my team members all over Australia ($1000's per month). I first called to ask about postage time which was fine, when I went to call back re: my account asking if I could have an account where I would pay in one lot instead of pay before delivery I spoke to a customer service team member who was less then happy to help me who then transfered me to accounts where a more than dismissive man spoke to me told me I placed one order with them in 2016 and then just said I dont qualify, did not ask for more information about my business or ask if they could help me in any other way. They have lost my business and wont be getting it in the future.

Everybody with an ABN qualifies for a Trade account. If you have an existing account and have not traded for 2 years, your registered account may have become inactive and we can reactivate it for you very quickly.
If you require a 30 day credit account, like all companies that offer accounts, we have a process that is required to be completed before this can be offered.

I live in remote W.A.and I have been a customer of Koch & Co for a few years now. I have always had great service but recently received my order with some broken products. From my very first contact by phone, I received exceptional service and it continued with the after sales service which included replacement and super quick delivery Thanks Jennifer and Koch & Co
Worst service I've received in a long time. The staff who called me to amend my order was rude and dismissive and hence I cancelled my order. Will never shop here again and this company has put me a week behind on a project. Thank you very much.
