Koko Black Cafe is a chocolate-lovers paradise. The cafe/chocolate store captures the elegant, European ambience that is inherant to the art of fine chocolate making. With superlative service, unparalleled chocolates, and impeccably presented coffees this is a 'sometimes' treat that you'll want to indulge in every day!

As like their other chain stores, Koko Black offers a wide range of chocolates, chocolate desserts and beverages.
Service was friendly and got served quickly. I got a Belgian Hot Chocolate at $6.50 was not cheap but it was quite delicious and good chocolate richness to it. Also got a Gingerbread Star which had a nice hint of ginger to it and was coated in their delicious chocolate too.
After a heavy meal at Sammy's we made a quick pit stop at the Melbourne-Born dessert franchise Koko Black. I recall the days and the hype of travelling to Melbourne and ensuring that a visit at Koko Black for a chocolate fix was a must. Now that it's expanded... I somewhat don't find it as appealing or niche...
I decided to grab their Salted Caramel Delice - Caramel Chocolate Mousse, Caramelised White Chocolate Brulee with a Chewy Caramel Centre.read more
I think I have now tried everything on the menu.
My favourite treats are the Ice Cream Spectaculars. For drinks, I can't go past the Classic Belgian Iced Chocolate.
As well as the fine food and drinks, the staff are always a pleasure to deal with. They are very attentive especially with their water! And they have been trained to memorise the table's orders, rather than write the orders down, which is quite impressive.
Prices are very reasonable, too.
Portions for some desserts and drinks are a little small, but what is lost in size is made up for in richness.
Koko Black only misses out on full marks because it's not quite the same since my favourite waiter Russell left. But Koko Black is definitely still on my list of favourite places to spoil myself. #reviewtowin
Beautiful handmade chocolates here - stopped for some gifts for the family recently and took home their 3 blocks for $24. The hot chocolate and cuppa menu is great too (just not after a huge Italian meal at Jamie's next door!)
Always a treat to pop in here when visiting the ACT.
