We hear retailers bemoaning their failure due to high rentals. In this economic climate reatilers are falling over themselves to make a sale. Not Kosmic, it seems. Customer Service 101 - how difficult is it to proactively keep customers up to date on where their order is? It's bad enough waiting 2 to 4 weeks for a $2.5k drum kit but the worse part was having to follow up - to be met with vague answers and attempts at placating - when what would work is action and delivery. I don't want to hear "I understand where you are coming from" - I want to hear - your item will arrive on this day and will be ready for collection. Instead the date I was given came and went and still I could not extract a firm answer on expected delivery date. How hard can it be to track a consignment - I was told they would and get back to me - that day ended with no call from Kosmic. The worst online services i have ever received. I won't even support them in store and i urge anybody reading this to do the same a company like this deserves to go bust.
I have made 4 orders and each time i have had to wait months for them to even send the item. My latest order has been on hold for 29 days and i cant evem make contact with them. It's absolutely disgusting and the soner this company is out of buisness the better.
This is easily the worst music store I have ever come across, and is easily the worst customer service experience.
Their range of equipment is mediocre, the staff are incredibly unknowlegdable and incompetent, and orders are incredibly slow.
Due to an insurance claim I have been forced to spend credit at this store, and it has been a nightmare.
Just one example, I had a specific guitar pedal I needed to order and after repeated calling every few days for 3 weeks (being consistently told "we're sorting out a new supplier, call back soon"), was eventually told that they simply could not order the pedal. This 3 week delay and a considerable amount of time wasted did not seem to phase the staff when I complained, and they offered no sympathy or further assistance.
I would recommend never going to this store, ever.
Really bad allround
Ordered 5 x Pearl rack clamps from their website which showed that they were in stock . AFTER ordering and paying was then told that these were in fact out of stock but would be here within 10 -12 days
3 weeks alter nothing so contacted Kosmic and was told will check with supplier and get back to you, explained I was in a desperateposition now as I needed these by the weekend. 3 days later nothing! so contacted again and was finally informed " These wont be in stock till late December"!!!! Suppose you want a refund" ?
Are yo kidding me what a waste of my time and now have to try and desperately get hold of some clamps in 4 days! thats if they refund my money promptly! which I doubt
