terrible service - poor customer service. They provide do not do a second measure for confirmation of size, they promised an instal time and do not follow through. You have to continually chase them up. I do not recommend anyone orders from them and I wish I had not now. I dread to think what the curtains are going to be like
DO NOT USE KRESTA.......Would not recommend them to my worst enemy! Ordered blinds in May 2017 amd I'm still waiting for the lounge curtains to be replaced - they measured the worn size. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Everyone on the phone was so rude and not helpful at all. paid them $4500 up front and 4 months later I have curtains in the lounge room that are 2 inches too short. Oh by the way, heaven for it you tell them what length curtain you want!!!! No, apparently they know best. Curtains shouldn't touch the floor according to them... worst experience ever!
DON'T use them! Ordered blinds back in May - they arrived but 2 are completely wrong size. Been waiting 6 weeks for replacement with zero information despite my calling weekly and being promised call backs on the same day. Also been overcharged as the blinds they measured for (and I paid for) were MUCH bigger than required. They refuse to get back to me with regards to this issue. Am at my wits end with this company
The worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish I could give a negative score a I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! We are waiting for our deposit to be refunded and have been told it will take 2 weeks! Absolutely ridiculous. I will be lodging a complain with the Department of Fair Trading.
