Terrible Experience - I did not receive communication from the agent for 6 weeks of the 12 week contract. I did not renew the contract. I received an invoice for the pictures that were taken of my home of which the agent had told me would be mine to keep and I would receive a disc with the pictures. I contacted the agent upon receiving the invoice to ensure the pictures were there for collection. The agent told me that the pictures had not yet been sent to them and that they would chase up the photographer, to disregard the letter and they would contact me when they received the disc with the pictures. I received another letter which I disregarded as I still had not received a call from the agent. The following week I received an email from a legal firm telling me to contact them as LJ Hooker were taking legal action. I contacted the office and asked to speak to the Management.
