The service is 10 out of ten, delivery time, 10 out of 10, La Lupa pizzas are the best, never tasted better. 25 years, never had a dud.

Best pizza shop in Victoria. People would drive 40 mins each way for this. Nothing more to say.

i HAVE BEEN GOING TO LA LUPA FOR YEARS...FOOD CAN BE AVERAGE TO FANTASTIC. SEEMS TO DEPEND WHO IS THE COOK ON THE NIGHT, ALSO HOW BUSY. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, HENCE THE HIGHER CRITICISM FOR WHAT THEY GIVE. FOOD IS ALWAYS FRESH, NO COMPLAINTS THERE, SERVING SIZES. THAT DEPENDS ON DAY. ATTENTION TO COOKING, AGAIN HOW RUSHED THEY ARE. BUT OVER A LOT OF YEARS GETTING FOOD FROM THEM, GENERALLY ID RECOMMEND. :)

The pizza from here is amazing. Absolutely delicious and excellent quality, I would choose this pizza over any other takeout. The wait is usually not more than 15-20 mins and the customer service is quite good.

Buyer beware, normally their pizza is good. The reason I am writing this bad review is because yesterday I ordered a pizza, expecting the usual good product that I would always receive from La Lupa. However when taking a bite from this pizza, I realized that it tasted different than normal and spicy as well. So I shrugged it off as an unfortunate mistake. The next morning I had some left over pieces and to my astonishment, more slices were also weird tasting and spicy.

Upset I decided to call the establishment and spoke with the management. I was told that as the pizza was now a day old, and not fresh from last night. The pizza would not be replaced. ...read more
