I rated a 3 purely because my finished eyelash extentions LOOKED gorgeous. Other than had Ive had quite a horrible ovrall experience. I felt the customer service were lacking, when I walked in everyone (who just appeared to be staff chatting) stopped talking and stared at ne until I said I had an appointment booked. A girl led me up stairs with very little conversstion, only asking if i'd had them done before. Despite kniwing it was my first time she didnt let me know the process, simple told ne to lay down and began putting what seemd to be nasking tape under my eyes. The whole thing was uncomfotable, i could feel the lashes pricking ny skin as she applied tgem and through the whole thing she kept blowing her nose and i could feel her placing the tissue next to my head.
Though they came out looking lovely im finding now 2/3 weeks later that she seems to have glued them to multiple lashed, so ive got these hard prickly ...read more

I have had nothing but the best, the best and the best experience with my Russian 3D Eyelash Extensions and Deep Tissue massage there. I have a schedule that is constantly changing. I need a place that can accommodate me 7 days a week. This is that place, they are not only accommodating, very friendly and I had a phenomenal experience with their service and staff. I get great work done and I m very pleased I can see someone when I need. It is an amazing little group in a relaxed casual atmosphere. Love the salon and highly recommend. One more thing, I can't believe when I read their previous reviews. I have a great experience! And no one should Judge book by cover, if I would listen all the listed reviews I would miss this amazing experience!
