Sue and her team are fantastic. They really care about animals and go out of their way to make sure your pets are happy. Nothing was too much trouble and my dogs loved their stay.

This kennels changed ownership 2 years ago so the new owners are great. Lots of improvements have been made and good value compared to other kennels in area. Staff get to know your pets and their personalities so a sure sign they spend time with them. Highly recommended!!

I had to board my dog at the very last moment, and Lake Adams was the only Kennel that could accommodate my pet at short notice. The experience was not good for myself or my dog as after collecting my pet from Lake Adams, I had to spend days at the Vets treating him for Kennel Cough and Ring Worm on his nose. Disappointing experience and would recommend that you take your pets someone else.

We left our 2 cats there in the luxury part of the cattery. When we went back to collect our cats they tried to charge us more money saying that someone had called them up agreeing to pay more per night ?? When saying no we are paying the standard cost they then put the price up by $2 more per day even though the website states $ 60 a day for shared luxury cattery. After a bit we paid the standard $60 per day fee. When we went to collect our cats they had been put in a different room. When we asked why aren't they in the room we specified and paid for they couldn't give us an answer. Even though the site says heated it was freezing. They had also taken out the blankets in my cats beds.





I wouldn't recommend leaving any of my animals there.

I would NOT recommend this place. Dogs are NOT walked, the management is frightened of big dogs and has now idea what they're doing. They have bad reviews for a GOOD REASON., AVOID!
