Kleo was amazing! Shame about the poor customer service of the owners who are interested more in dollars rather than service.
I was quoted over the phone & overcharged on the day. On questioning owner on completion, they shot employee in foot and blamed her for ‘not knowing what she was talking about’ when quoting.
I would have much preferred they were honest and told me Kleo made mistake but instead made their staff look like the fool.
I called Kleo to advise and she said she was deeply sorry & would provide feedback and asked if owner could call me back to respond. It’s been 3 days and no response. I would definitely see Kleo again but refuse to support the owners with this disgusting attitude!
Just don't trust their words and don't go to that girl named Jacinta!!! This was by far my worst experience ever for coloring my hair. My hair is really thin, weak, and very dark, so I had waited a long time for it to grow and do a nice subtle caramel sombre. I went in and the manager told me Jacinta was their professional in highlighting etc. I showed her a few images of what I would like my hair to look like and that my hair always goes orange after coloring. And she ensured me that that was never going to happen and promised to deliver what I wanted. In the middle of putting the bleach she suddenly freaked out and said that my hair was showing a reaction (well technically she burnt my hair!) and then put on the color after 2-3 toners which she was saying ohhh I hate when hair stylists fix hair with using 2-3 toners blah blah blah ... . Anyway after blow drying my hair it didn't really look like sombre, it looked like I had dyed the ends brownish. It didn't look badread more

Top notch experience!
I initially came in for a consultation to have the whole ombre look done.. They couldn't quote over the phone obviously because they need to see the thickness and length of my hair. I was happy with my consult as my hairdresser was very thorough with the whole process. I feel like I was educated in the maintenance and process of what I was having done.
The owner was very lovely, chatty and made me feel so comfortable.
I enjoyed my latte, ate my biscuits while I was getting my transformation... I wish I could post a pic!! Everyone wants my hair now!! Best feeling.. THANK YOU LATTOUF DONCASTER - YOU ARE AMAAAAAAZING!! See you in 5 weeks :)
Worst experience ever
Went in yesterday for a keratin treatment and as I was to pay they asked me for $850 which they quoted $400 and then a guy started shouting at me because I canceled an appointment last week!!!! He raised his voice and even the other staff felt uncomfortable, I have spent over $1000 dollars in the salon the last month and this is not how you treat a customer specially if they are paying so much on the spot!!!!
So disappointed and the keratin doesn't look good either , it's starting to curl and I haven't even washed it yet!!!!!
