Well where do I start I brought my wedding dress from here in January 18 I absolutely loved it was a perfect fit until it came to my wedding day while in the car on the way to the church all of the boning in my dress snapped my breasts dropped and my dress was only covering my nipples I didn't have a back up so also had to enter the reception wearing a broken gown a wedding is supposed to represent such a beautiful moment in someone's life except mine was the compete opposite a year later and I'm still disgusted I can't believe something like this happen to me I hope future buyers don't endure the same situation I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy I msg Claude and got no response not even a apology it's completely ridiculous I'm actually disgusted I felt like a complete idiot walking down the isle with my boob's all out of my dress what type of beauty is in that absolutely none it's a real shame with the poor quality of material used I was also sold a dirty ...read more

I would not recommend this shop to anyone, terrible customer service, and all they want is the money.
Please dont be fool by their sister and brother sayings. They don’t take any responsibility of what they do.

Purchased my daughters Deb dress from here did have few hiccups with alteration but Claude was fantastic replaced dress and bent over backwards to help get everything sorted

Extremely disappointing. I was measured incorrectly, hence the dress when it arrived was not what I had ordered. They are happy to take your money but then acuse you of the mistake made by their staff.

I LOVE THIS STORE & I LOVE MY DRESS!!! A great experience from beginning to end. Service was very friendly, the owner Claude was wonderful and the staff could not be any better. My dress was affordable!!! They simply wanted me to be happy!!! I highly recommend this store. Thanks for everything!!!??
