Terrible experience at this jeweler. They downsized my grandmother's ring (which was 8mm thick) 5 full sizes and only returned 1 mm of gold, telling me the rest was powder. Very dishonest. I will never return.
i would also like to correct you your ring is not 8mm thick, it is about 1.2mm, the lenth will be 8mm and width of the piece we have take out is about 2-4mm. 0.56g at the most $6
This a great jewellers, everything is done on site as they have several jewellers working right on the premise. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. They have a lovely unique range of stock, really different. I would recommend this jewellers to anyone looking for a quality jeweller and friendly service.
Spent a little over 4k here on a "custom made" engagement ring, it turned out to be the most recognisable pearl setting you see.
