Leader Removals & Storage

I have moved many many times in the past. Usually I have done this by hiring a truck and using friends. I decided a few years ago to use a removalist as I'm getting to old to do it myself. I had a number of awful experiences with other removals companies, and had decided it would just be easier for me to continue doing it myself, but a friend recommended Leader Removals. For my past three moves (two in Canberra & one to sydney) I have used Leader Removals. I seriously do not know how I did it without them, they have actually made moving enjoyable for me. They are not like other removalist companies, they are more like a professional well-oiled machine. They are always polite, friendly, and willing to listen to my needs. I also got them to do a pre-pack for my move to Sydney, OMG they got in and got it done in no time flat, and everything arrived in tact. I have moved more than 12 times in the past 20 years and have experienced the best and the worst. My experience with Leader Removals can only be described as exceptional. From the first phone call to the move itself, professional, polite, helpful and extremely competent. While I hope never to move again, I would only ever move again with Leader.

In all honesty, I think Leader Removals should change their name to Premier Removals, although I guess Leader could be indicative of them being the 'Leader' in the removals field! :-) We all know that moving is a stressful time even throughout a smooth removal; mine was far from smooth, and by what some could describe as divine intervention, I was fortunate enough to come across Andrew from Leader Removals who quite literally saved the day. A drawn out saga that I won't go into here left me having to send away an empty truck belonging to another Company and sleeping in a house competely packed up that night, not knowing what I was going to do the following day to make my interstate removal happen. A call from Andrew saying he was on his way to my place had me in a state of panic as I still had not negotiated a refund from the previous nights debacle. A couple of months ago I had some things moved from my house in Canberra to storage, then to Brisbane four weeks later. Leader Removals offered their removal service at a pretty low cost and came across as professional and polite, so I decided to go with them.
