I run a very busy retail Golf Shop we had some bad luck with a break in to the store they trashed our computers and the shop not only did Michael come out on a Sunday but he got us up and running quickly awesome service the right advice and very knowledgeable I will continue to use these guys for many years to come.
Hi Computer Rehab
Some constructive feedback on my experience. Please, please improve your customer service. On an equal playing field, it's what sets a business apart from their competitors, and unfortunately in my experience Computer Rehab did not rise to the occasion. According to all the "newbie" reviews below you are fabulous at what you do, that's great! I put my first conversation with Computer Rehab down to someone just 'having a bad day'. But when they didn't phone me back on the day they said they would, or the next day, I had to phone them again. Unfortunately our second conversation was no better. Such a shame because I am passionate about supporting local, independent businesses.
Turns out Computer Rehab could have helped me out, but given the customer service I received, I have chosen to spend my hard earned cash elsewhere.

Hi SocialQ and thank you so much for your feedback. I have noticed that you have 176 reviews on trulocal in the local area so your are living up to your name. As this service is meant to be a review of a business you have tried I feel it is unfair you have so harshly given our business a 1 star review when you have not even had the pleasure of being a client to our store. Online reviews are now a big part for any small business and I donâ??t think it should be taken as lightly as you have taken it. I hope you did end up having your issues resolved with your computer.
