I've been attending life on the run for 3 months now and it's a pleasure to write Craig a review. He has motivated, supported and helped me achieve my first goal - to run 5km non stop. That might be easy for some but it was impossible for me before I started. The other members are friendly and encourage me too. I can recommend life on the run if you want help getting fit and losing weight.

I started training with Craig in November 2013 and absolutely love it. The boxing sessions were my favourite....until recently when stand up paddle boarding was introduced! I've never had as much fun and enjoyed other peoples company whilst exercising.
Craig, along with the other members make training enjoyable. They provide me with motivation and exercise guidance. I actually look forward to my 3 sessions per week. I am eating better and have more strength, flexibility & energy.

I would recommend Craig at Life On The Run if you want to get into some fitness and exercise. He knows how to get you motivated and ensures your technique is spot on. I loved my first boxing class. I don't think I've worked that hard for a long time!

Being new to exercise I had never used a trainer before. I am absolutely thrilled with Craig and Life on the run. He gives me the confidence and motivation to push myself. I have turned over a new leaf in my life and in no small part Craig has made that possible. I would recommend Life on the Run if you are looking to get into shape and lose weight.
