Terrible service I brought a new triton off them about 2 half years ago and the mode button is broken and they will not fix it saying that i spilled something on it which I did not. I have tried everything to resolve the problem but just get excuses. DONT BUY VEHICLE OFF THEM.
Like the below review on a salesperson, i found him very disinterested, eyes constantly darting around to other customers. Myself also female found lack of giving knowledge of car/pricing, no offer of a test drive, not even a sit in it. Due to the arrogance he actually lost a sale of $30k plus!! Looks like hyndai will get my purchase.
My family and i have been buying cars from Lilydale Mitsubishi or years and have always found the owners Chris and Paul a delight to deal with. Nothing is ever too hard for them.We have shopped around but always end up back there due to their great service and best prices.I am a customer for life.
I just went to Lilydale Mitsubishi with the intention of purchasing the new ASX today, paying a deposit, the whole deal. I encountered a sales person who throughout the whole process appeared disinterested. I had to force out of them prices, what extras I could put on the car, what was standard etc. I'm not sure what the reason behind this was, was it because I wasn't dressed up for the occasion and looked like I couldn't afford a new car? Or because I am female and took my mother with me? In the end I walked out, and went home to find another mitsubishi dealer, hopefully with more luck this time!
