How disappointing. I ordered lite n easy for the family due to my hospitalisation and feeling a little more on top of things I cancel deliveries via the website and receive a confirmation email to advise this has been successfully processed then 40 minutes later receive email confirming deliveries for next order. I then make a call to explain the cancellation email had already arrived and confirmed cancellation and am told that that is irrelevant. I try to explain no one will be here to accept the delivery and what a waste of food it is -surely it can be cancelled as per the confirmation email but no. Very bad customer service lite n easy and an obvious grab for money. I even explained the reason for lite n easy for the family was hospitalisation - but no. It's as if the timing suggests that my cancellation of all future orders triggered the emails that followed confirming an order for tomorrow. After suffering from somewhat excessive weight issues for the better part of 8 years I decided that it was finally time to get off my behind and do something different.
My girlfriend has been on Lite N' Easy for a couple of months and suggested I give it a try. So I called them up and wanted to get straight underway. So far I have to say not only am I impressed with the food, but have also come to adore the ease and simplicity of eating Lite N' Easy.
