Lithgow Bizzi Paws

I have only good things to say about Bizzi Paws. The dogs come back smelling good, looking great and very happy....

Drove all way from Sydney to pick my dog up from families at Portland drove her in for appointment made weeks ago and place not open not answering landline or mobile

I was more then unhappy with the service that Lithgow Bizzi Paws provides, when I came in to get my very timid and friendly dog I was told that she had bitten a staff member and I would have to pay an additional fee. (I was shocked!) My dog has never bitten anyone in her life - not to mention once I got her home and I had a good look over her she had multiple cuts and snicks all over her and a very uneven cut - no wonder why she would have NIPPED at the groomer.. it would of hurt! I now take my dog up to Bathurst to be groomed and have not had a single problem once.. they love her! Do not take your dogs here!!
