Most unprofessional real estate agency I have ever had to suffer!
This company is the dregs of the rental market. Whether you want them to manage your property, or if your unfortunately stuck renting a property off them.
You will have endless issues with not being able to contact them via phone, it will take you WEEKS! To talk to someone with a clue as to what is happening.

Email correspondence can take up to a month to be to be viewed, and another month to be acted upon.They will upset your tenants and cost you thousands in lost revenue with their lack of knowledge of the legislation around rentals

Even after scaring off good tenants, they will try to hound them down to recover bond money for a house that is left in perfect condition, resulting in even more issues for the owners to deal with. 7 years experience we have with them, believe me things don't get any worse than this.

Samantha at rental express was my property manager of a rental I had for a couple of years the whole time we never had anything to worry about and always were looked after! resently we had to break lease and although that can be risky Samantha was absolutely fabulous with the process and kept up her undivided attention, from the start have had the best service a real estate can give as you all know not many can say the same great work rental express kallanga if we ever need a real estate again you will be our first point of call! As a tenant, I like to be kept informed on what's happening and Samantha always communicates clearly and promptly regarding inspections, repairs, and lease issues. I highly recommend the team for any looking for friendly and professional property management.
