Long story short bought binoculars that had a hair or something on the inside of the left front lense and wanted an exchange ,Contacted them a week ago initially and in between but the person contacted has not been in touch,I am new to Lloyds Auctions and will cop the loss and deleted my account and consider it a lucky escape because i could have spent serious money on something with the same issues and hopefully this review will act as a red flag for anyone who wishes to deal with these charlatans......Couldn't leave no stars which is what i wanted to
Not trust worthy to sell through. They sold an iteam that fell under reserve though they still sold it without permission on the first auction week.
I have made multiple attempts to gain a resolution.
Over Month and a half ago they told me they will rectify the issue and send a confirmation email, that they still have not followed through with. It has been a ridiculous amount of time that has passes with no proactive attempts from them and still they play hard to get.
Brady never seems to follow through with his word, the reception then tells me to email Robbie and even he has yet to respond after 7days now.

I purchased several kitchen appliances been sold 'As New'. When they could not find one of the items upon pick up I was told it was my fault and that a refund was not possible. I finally got a refund after over a month.
Once I actually unpacked the kitchen appliances every single item was defective in some way eg, dents, missing parts etc.
Bid with caution!
I got some really nice turf for the pool area - so simple! Staff were super helpful even though it was really busy coming into Christmas & went out of their way to help me load up. I've got it all installed and I couldn't be happier. I can't believe some of the ponsey whingers commenting - this place do an awesome job every time I visit!
