This would have to be the worst furniture store in Sydney. I initially ordered a lounge but changed the order to another one they charged me an extra $1100 to do this. The lounge that turned up was not what I ordered so I sent it back. Then they sent another lounge which was mismatched I would never use this store I would tell everyone to keep away from it and the lounges I got are falling apart after only 14 months DONT BUY FROM THEM

I visited their warehouse and ordered a lounge with one of their representatives and paid for the product. What they delivered was not what I ordered, they replaced it again with the wrong lounge.......I settled for a replacement which has broken 4 times and have been chasing them for 2 years to repair it..........they make promises but never do them and 2 years later I still have a broken and getting worse lounge
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS
I ordered my lounge 10 weeks ago. LSW was running late by 2 weeks but I was kept informed.....this is understandable and acceptable. The customer service is excellent. From around the 8th week, I have been updated on my order. My lounge is being delivered this weekend and my family and I are excited. Our friends purchased their leather lounge from them 2 years ago and we have had high recommendation about their furniture. Excited about my new family, my new home and my new furniture.

Ordered a lounge which was suppose to take approx 4 weeks and ended up being 6.5 weeks which i can deal with as sometimes things happen.
My problem is that i was paying for the final payment of our lounge and they hit the wrong button and took $5000 more than they were supposedread more
