We live in the US and ordered flowers for our daughter’s birthday (she is at the University of Sydney). We asked for AM delivery. They did not even arrive on the day. A phone call resulted in a rude and dismissive response. TWO days later they arrived. We emailed them and are still awaiting any response. Shop elsewhere, please. They just don’t care. One thing for sure. They won’t be reading this....
Terrible customer service
Ordered a bunch of flowers online with a specific delivery date as it was a friends 40th Birthday. Florist did not deliver on designated day and when I rang them they were unprepared to rectify or compensate. Dreadful service and totally disorganised
WORST FLORIST! Do not recommend using this florist - Thanks to Lucy what was meant to be a easy morning completing an engagement cake for a close friend was nothing short of utter anxiety and stress. Ordered two small posys for a three tier cake and explained (using photo references) how the bunches needed to be and which flowers needed as well as described the cake. Paid $60 for organic baby’s breath and gum leaves and felt confident this would be completed. On the morning of the engagement arrived to collect the order to be met with blank faces. Lucy struggled to first find the order, claiming it was meant to be picked up last week. Then she find it and advised she hadn’t actually made the order as she had meant to call us to advise the order would need to be changed. Her reason for not calling was that it Australia Day and she wasn’t open. She proceeded to say she would make the order now but we would need to pick all new flowers. Ok not whatread more
