I have been to this salon twice now and won't be visiting again. Staff are not very professional and were bickering with one another whilst doing my hair. A multitude of staff and clients are jammed into the place, packed uncomfortably close it seems they have tried to shove as many people in as possible. I heard staff being reprimanded by management right in front of clients on several occasions. I thought perhaps this was a one off but on my second visit I noticed the same thing happening. I also find it frustrating when the staff are constantly trying to upsell and engage clients in buying their in house products. At my last appointment the hairdresser seemed put out by my long hair and how time consuming foils would be despite notifying them that my hair was long (my hair is just beyond shoulder length). I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Jess from Luxe. I’ve been going there for 6 months and I can honestly say my hair is in the best condition it’s ever been. After years of spending 3-4 hours in the chair, Jess has me put the door in around 2 with a full head of foils, toner, cut and blow dry. Jess and the team are all really friendly and I really look forward to my appointments! Best thing is that they’re not pushy like most salons, just good honest and helpful advice, thanks Jess ???????
