Wow Wow I have used M & R Airconditioning for a long time now. Mainly regular service of my airconditioner. They have also done a number of repairs for me and have always been really great professional and well priced. Today I rang and left a message as i had a problem with leaking. Mark rang me back within the hour and explained he was really busy. After explaining my problem he said he would get someone out today, would be late but would at least be able to tell me if it was my airconditioner. The guy turned up about 5.45 very friendly worked out what was wrong and fixed it on the spot. That is fantastic customer service. I am extremely grateful thanks to you Mark and your fantastic staff.

In January when we had the bad storms our ducted aircon caught on fire. We had one aircon man come out who we were not happy with. I had to ring around and luckily found Mark who was nice enough to come out and give me a quote. Even though he was crazy busy, he made time to come out ASAP and replace our aircon in 40 degree heat. We have an elderly dog who was not coping with the heat and he made such an effort to fit in our replacement ASAP. His communication was fantastic, through texts and phone calls. Will 100% go through him again, as we will need our ducts replaced next.
M&R have been servicing our air-conditioner for a few years now and they are always prompt, nothing is too much trouble and a great price. They are honest with what is needed and never suggest work that is not needed.Last Friday we had a problem with the unit, I rang Mark at 9 am and the unit was fixed by 1:30 pm. This is a great business and I have recommended them to many friends.
Mark came out to do a service, got up on the roof and discovered that our unit was on its last legs and instead of charging us for the visit gave us a free quote on the spot. No one else came close to his quote. We booked a convenient time to come and install the unit and everything went smoothly. The unit works great and have had no problems.
