I just needed to talk to someone at the Post Office but the listed number is incorrect and makes it near impossible to find and talk to someone. As we are away for several months my mail is in peril of being returned to sender despite us placing a hold with Post office until our return. The 131318 number is close to useless to get any meaningful information or contact details, then you hijinxed to some onlone portal caslled Just Answer which is a painful exercise to say the least and costs $2 (refundable apparently).
Please amend your phone number so people can communicate with you. Not impressed with Australia Post in this instrance
