I've been taking mine and my partner's cars here for over two years and the service has always been consistently excellent and amazingly cheap. They have always called me ahead of any major work needing to be done and always go out of their way to source the cheapest parts they can get ahold of. When I perchased my last car, the previous owner's mechanic quoted me nearly $2000 worth of work to get a roadworthy on it. I took it to Major instead and they did it all for $800! Well, not quite all of it; they also told me that half the items of the list the original mechanics had provided had nothing wrong with them! None of the spin and BS I've had to suffer through at other mechanics. They just get down to the business of fixing your car and that's that. Very refreshing to say the least.

Iturned up at 6.25am for my car to be serviced as they said to be there at 6.30am, i then waited til 6.50am for them to turn up, when they did eventually turn up, there was zero ergency to open up or care factor about being late, if this is the way they treat customers i certainly wont be back, sadly the older guy who used to be there was very punctual as used to go to him all time, these 2 guys seemed very disinterested in rushing even though were 1/2 hour late, NOT the way to run a business
My wife left my car to change oil and oil filter. I did not had other problems with my car. But when she came to pick up the car and wanted to open the window of driver door, the window fallen down. She came to reception and asked what happened. The greek guy told her he will order the broken part from Europe. After that I came to him few times, but he answered, that nobody did touch the window and so it was broken before. But before visiting of this centre the window worked fine. The broken part was very rare and I could not finde it. Looks like it was just stolen on this service centre.
I am not going to go there again.
