Service here is really good, but I find the food just average. Flavours and spices seem to be dumbed down to suit a Westernised palatte, which I find a little disappointing, especially when I ordered the dosai. The dosai is a recommended dish at this restaurant, but without the sauces and mint yoghurt, it all tastes a little bland. If you're looking for a regular Indian restaurant and mild flavours, this place is great. But if your looking for a spice explosion and excitement on your tastebuds, you might want to go elsewhere.
Authentic Indian food, with friendly service. Plenty of space for large groups upstairs, or a more intimate experience downstairs. Prices can seem a little exxy if you're in a smaller group (eg butter chicken is around $17/18) but if you're in a large group you can order many dishes and split the bill! The Dosai is very very tasty, i've always had the potato one. Delicious sauces to dip with.
Definite bonus is that they're in the Entertainment Book, $25 off the bill! Fantastic!
I'll be back.
