Wow! It's funny because you don't expect this kind of bad behaviour from companies anymore and I certainly haven't experienced this from businesses in a long time. Cut a long story short, I spent $140 on some bedding that didn't fit. They played games with me, stalling me returning the items, asking me to jump through hoops by sending them all sorts of ridiculous photos of the bedding. Laughed at me when I questioned their bad reviews on not refunding customers, saying that there aren't any bad reviews. Really bad customer service. You are obviously really desperate for the money so keep it! I feel sorry for anyone else that requires a refund because you ain't going to get it. I believe they purposely stalled me so that I missed the refund deadline. I'm reporting them to eBay and also to Linen House because the bedding doesn't even feel like the same bedding (exactly same bedding set 'Nara') I bought a year ago from a reputable Linen House distributor. Sorry that you feel that way but we never stated you were unable to receive a refund. The customer service staff member was simply following a process which involved you confirming the measurements of the sheets in which you state was the wrong size and did not fit you bed.
If you didn't abruptly hang up on the customer service staff member you would of understood that we need to confirm this before we can provide you a refund or a replacement. As per my last message to you we're more than happy for you to come into the store so we can assess the fault in person. If the item is faulty we will provide a refund on the spot or an exchange for another product if you wish so.
