As with other reviews all comments below are true. Its businesses like this one which cause people not to use local services. I had dealings with a person from this business who was rude & offensive for no reason whatsoever. Quite frankly I am disgusted that I even had anyone associated with this company in my home. I would definitely not recommend this business. Two thumbs down.
Unfortunately anybody reading this will only see one side...as I deal with many parts and on going work I can't comment on this particular job....please call me as I would like to know more as if someone was rude and offensive there must have been a reason.
All of these comments are true, having unfortunately recently had dealings with this company. He is truly rude, uncaring, charges like a wounded bull, and hasn't got a clue what he's doing. Took them 11 days to procure a part, only to discover the original part wasn't faulty. After 17 days they were still no closer to diagnosing why the machine was not working. The original $90 which I paid was, according to him, to diagnose the fault, and if possible fix it, else pay for parts. They tried to charge an additional $121 for a $37 part and fit it, so I am forced to call in a professional to complete the work. Over the 17 day period, the guy lied to me on three occasions.
This has been a horrendous and upsetting experience I hope none of you ever have to go through. Give a very wide birth to this unscrupulous company. I will be reporting Mandurah Appliance Parts Centre to the appropriate authorities, as they are a disgrace to the trade. Don't expect any refunds forread more
We as a company service over two hundred appliances per month along with spares parts and endeavour to police each job individually unfortunately we cannot cover every aspect and mostly we are in the hands of suppliers and delivery companies awaiting parts...we have to endure both verbal and sometimes physical threats in our daily business.
I am always available to discuss any greviances that a customer as and will always offer good customer service but unfortunate you cannot please averybody all the time as some people are just unreasonable and this seems to be a reoccurring problem in today's business...so I say to anybody who comments on my business that I am always available and the fact that we cover and have many happy customers must say that we are doing something correctly
If this is the person/job I think it is then we had to wait several days for the part to arrive from over East...the part was correct unfortunately other issues occurred with the appliance...again all one sided and again I offer my contact details to discuss further...
Don't whatever you do use this company. We had a problem with our dishwasher and called this company, they came out and said it needed resetting which they did and charged us a call out fee of 90 dollars.This did not fix the problem so they were called out again and without even checking the machine they decided it was a pressure switch that was at fault and would order one in.A week later having not heard a thing my wife rang them and was told nastily to go find someone else because they simply didn't want to do the job.I really feel that they didn't know how to fix the problem and got their 90 dollars for nothing. I will be contacting consumer affairs to have this issue sorted out.
This HAS to be THE worst company I have ever dealt with...rude is an understatement !!!! The staff answering the phones needs a crash course in customer service and quick !
3 times I called on 3 different occasions and got the same attitude. I was asked to hold every time only to be left while staff goes off and does other things and make a few calls, then.
On the day the service was due to be carried out I called 3 times to find out a time frame and told staff would call back and staff never did...then staff tells me I'm rude and put the phone down because I said staff was !!!!
