We loved our stay here! The room was a little small, but it was true to the pictures so we definitely knew what we were getting and it wasn't smaller than expected. The staff are extremely helpful, and they facilitate getting around easily and were happy to accommodate extra requests. If you are going in peak summer like we did, note that all the pools are actually quite warm in the middle of the day, so it's better to cool off in the roped off part of the ocean.
