I have 2 cars that have been regularly serviced by Mansfield Motors for the last 5 years. The service provided by their staff is excellent and the reports outlining the work perform are fantastic. No extra work is carried out without prior approval. Detailed information about any mechanical problems that are identified during regular servicing are provided along with photos of the worn/damaged items. When I collect my car from Mansfield Motors I feel safe knowing my car has been thoroughly inspected, it is in good mechanical condition and its not going to let me down.

Excellent service, so quick and affordable. Non intimidating environment as they talked me through all the processes they were doing and provided a full report and photos of the service. The girls were great in the office.
I have nothing but praise for the service I received from Mansfield Motors. I was notified of all work and prices to be carried out I received a very comprehensive report (including photographs) of all issues and repairs that needed to be addressed. They highlighted the urgent and most important issues and suggested they be fixed first which made the cost of the service very reasonable and competitive. I appreciate the advice and the time they took to explain problems and solutions to me. Thanks, I will definitely be back!

This establishment makes you sign a minimum "inspection charge" of $110...
So when they inspect your vehicle, and inform you of the "out of this universe" price for services,(ie $68 for wiper blades) and you decide to take your vehicle to a alot more reasonable service centre, you still fork over money...
Avoid the trap, and go elsewhere...
Anonymous complaints in public forums such as this are too easily made. I request that you contact me & identify yourself so I can speak with you directly to discuss your concerns. Should it be found that we were incorrect in our diagnosis, report or not following company policies and procedures by not making you aware of the cost involved upfront I'll gladly refund you your disputed "inspection charge". You should table the issues with the business. Ie: wiper inserts v's assemblies = two different things. On the avenue of price it is relative! Compare apples with apples before you publicly humiliate any business. You are just taking your frustration out on a business that has the communities best interest at hart, safe cars are the paramount importance.
Do you go to the doctor and not pay (Medicare or otherwise) regardless of the out come. Why should this industry be any different.
Solicitors charge an hourly rate for phone calls!!!!!! Why should they not charge for their expertise?
I'd like to take this opportunity to point out to everyone that Mansfield Motors doesn't "MAKE" anybody sign for a minimum "inspection charge" We are open, upfront and fully transparent about our minimum workshop charge policy. All customers are informed upfront during initial consultation be it over the phone or in person, they are also informed upon presentation of their vehicle. A signature on the work order is the customer's authorisation to proceed with diagnosis, inspection and testing or repairs and that they agree to any charges and costs involved in doing so. Should any customer feel unconformable with this they are free to decline / leave at any point.
Very over priced!!!!
I could not justify paying an extreme charge For works to be carried out on my vehicle (quoted half the price elsewhere) but was still charged $110 to take my car!!! Obviously they get this alot, and have to make some money when people refuse to pay they're extremely high prices!!
