NEVER use this company!
Ordered shutters and curtains in March final job in September. Terrible service and no regard for customer. Curtains are still too short and John refuses to fix. Shutters took 4 visits to rectify and still are not perfect.They never admit fault.
Final insult charged $5,000 to my credit card without courtesy of a phone call invoice or statement causing it to be overdrawn and frozen. This is illegal having no authorisation from myself to use my details.
Absolutely no regard for their customer.
Be warned........ I wish I had read previous reviews..... yes always passing the buck terrible customer service never returning calls as to the progress of my order....... 6 months for a simple order! Will never use or recommend Mansours
Do not stand behind their guarantees Have one of 4 blinds installed discoloured and they refuse to return calls, passing the buck within the shop as to why calls are not returned. They asked for photos - emailed but sent still no call back. Had problems when installed but eventually got it fixed. Very poor customer service, only interested in getting the sales.
The awful customer service we experienced with Mansours means we will never return. We ordered blinds in September and although told they would take six weeks, it took closer to five months. the sales staff, was unapologetic. When we complained to the management, they never returned our calls or our emails.
While we are happy with the quality of the curtains and blinds Mansours produced, their customer service was terrible. We did not realise curtain tie backs were not included and had to order these separately. This may have been our mistake but they tried to sell us every other accessory possible, so we had assumed they would have mentioned it if they were not included.read more
