Really disappointed in the *customer* service or compassion when dealing with trying to change a booking. We had booked for 2 nights, the reason for our visit was to see an ill family member, sadly they passed away in the early hours fo the morning. We rang to see if we could change our booking, transfer the dates as we would be now travelling to attend a funeral. Despite the grief we faced losing our loved one, they were unwilling to change the booking, move the dates - we didn't want to *cancel* completely, just needed to change to another time. Not only would they not change it for us (considering the circumstances) they will not refund any of our money - so, we lost a family member and over $200.00 for accomodation that we no longer needed *now* but will need in the foreseable future. They made a bad day even worse.
