This is the absolute BEST B&B we have ever stayed at - the hosts are exactly the right mix of attentive and accommodating, while still giving you absolute privacy. We had such a relaxing time, we felt like we were at home while still being away. The accommodation is fantastic, heaps of space and so cosy. It's quiet, tranquil and secluded, yet only 15 minutes in the car and you're in the centre of Hobart. There are wineries and a cheesery only a short drive away, the local woodfired pizza place will deliver right to the cottage for 3 bucks (try the 'Satan' if you like it hot) and the gardens are beautiful. Breakfast will see you skipping lunch more often than not, and that's without even paying the extra for a hot breakfast (although if you do opt for that, get the smoked salmon eggs benedict - totally homemade and to die for).
