UNARMED SELF DEFENCE: Learn to defend yourself and your family against grabs, punches, kicks and attacks with sticks, knives and gun hold-ups with easy to learn and effective core striking, throwing, grappling, restraint and control skills.
TRADITIONAL WEAPONS: Relieve stress and improve your focus and coordination with the pressure-point stick, Samurai sword, chobo (6-ft staff), hanbo (3-ft stick), tanto (knife defence), naginata (pole-arm) and yari (spear).
