Had issues with a builder that was registered with MBA after negations broke down we where instructed to deal with MBA direct. From the day we started to the day we finished it was clear they had no intention of resolving the issue in any other way than we where in the wrong. It is a wounder how you are forced to mediate with a company that is a member of MBA doesn't that become a conflict of interest? The mediator lost receipts to the tune of $10,000 then found them acknowledge they found them but never made the adjustments required to fix the issues.
