Masters Braybrook

I've come to Masters a few times and customer service experience has been the same. Staff was not helpful with locating the products that I was looking for. There's a limited range to choose from and is more expensive than other hardware stores. Also, their outdoor plants and flowers appear to dying with little or no maintenance invested in them .

I have been going to Bunnings in this area for years. Since the opening of this first Masters stores in Australia, it has been just superb in having a one stop shop directly similar in products to its competitor creating competition for the consumers. A great alternative to Bunnings, but I personally prefer Bunnings as I feel the staff are much more educated in their products than here at Masters. Masters have a large range which is great and the pricing is cheaper, but I also feel their products are second to Bunnings.
