Very disapointed. Dropped my dress the 20th of February for alterations. Needed to leave for overseas wedding mid-late June. I called late May to book a time in June to pick up my dress... left a message, .... no answer, I ended up calling 3 times in 3 weeks and left messages to book a time in June.
