OMG what an unpleasant experience at this salon today!! One hour prior to my appointment I was rung to ask if I would be turning up for my appointment - a bit unusual as usually a business will make contact the day before in the form of a text.
Arrive at the salon and asked to sit at the sink while (Tori) attending to another customer. When it was my turn to be attended I had hoped to be sat in front of the mirror so I could discuss what I wanted to achieve from this appointment. When I tried to talk to Tori at the sink she was not interested and just wanted to get on with the wash. No discussion ensued and I was made to feel most unwelcome and an annoyance to her. Couldn't believe her rudeness and indifference. There was no care or interest shown to me - she kept banging my head with the hair dryer!!! I did pay for this " service" and was very pleased to leave this place. Still in shock!!!

We did call 1 hour before your appointment because your appointment wasn't marked as confirm on the software system and we had a no show that morning.
Apologies for our follow up.
Would be more then happy to refund you your money for your "service" if you want to call the salon tomorrow we can arrange that for you.
