Can never get an order right. Each time I have gone here I have either had something missing from my order or something in the order is made wrong. The place is run by 17 year olds who are too busy gossiping to concentrate on their jobs. I always have to make sure I get a copy of my receipt and check my order before I drive away cause 9 times out of 10 I have to go inside the store to get it fixed, and having a 2 year old and being 1 week away from giving birth to my second child, as you can imagine it is not an easy task to have to go inside the store. They seriously need to sort out their drive thru service cause it is atrocious. Wish they would make another Maccas in town 24hr, having this horrible one as the only 24hr in town is very frustrating. I would recommend people take the trip to the Maccas near the hospital, they are a great Maccas!
Absolutely disgusting service from the short brown haired girl with braided hair. Her name was Emily she wasnt wearing a red shirt so i can onky assume she was higher up maybe a manager, she shouldnt be though you'd think she'd know how to treat a paying customer. Id rather go somewhere where they dont roll there eyes at me and say nothing at all. Not coming back.
I am a regular McDonalds customer, and I often use the drive thru, however, I am getting fed-up with the high number of mistakes with my order. Tonight, I arrive home to find my apple pie was missing from my order. It's not worth driving back for one apple pie and trying to explain to the 18 year old Manager what happened. I just wish McDonalds management would place a higher priority on customer satisfaction. I like going to McDonalds, but the low quality control and apathy of Management and of course the stereo type "plastic" greetings are very disappointing.
