Drive thru looked like quite a quick easy way to go through. Only trouble was there was one person manning 2 lanes - so we had to wait. Then when we got to the window, they'd gotten confused about our relatively simple order. Thankfully it didn't take long to get it sorted and they were quite polite but it could have been easier had it been right the first time x 2.
Having been open for 6 months now, they still cant make the most used Franchise formula work. I have been there half a dozen times to use the drive through. Every time I have had a minimum of 10 minute wait in the waiting area. Today I ordered 4 things and was told to go around the corner. It was lunch time but I only counted 4 cars that came through in that time. After 15 mins I went back in and asked for a refund. The management seemed they did not know what to do.
Funnily enough the food was ready. Another one approached apologised. As usual the store was dirty and people were waiting at the side for orders. On getting home my son had been diddled for a McBite. I E-mailed a complaint to McDonalds about 4 months ago and never heard a response.
In future I will go to other stores instead. If you want my opinion give this store a wide berth its awful.
We have gotten a lot better- I don't know if you have been back since then but in the year and abit I have worked there we have improved dramatically.
Maybe you could come by and see how much we have improved.
