Honestly the worst maccas in Ballarat. The quality of food is extremely poor. Last time I visited this store I ordered a lettuce wrap CYT. They did not have parmesan, I was given rasher bacon instead of crispy bacon and my two beef patties were very wet and saturated the whole burger. I also ordered a share pack of gravy loaded fries which had about 1 tablespoon of gravy on them. The management of this store is poor and is ruining it's potential.
Tonight on the 14th Nov at approx 7.30 pm i took my 4 yr old grandson to your store for chips and a soft serve, also a play in the childrens area. There were 3 little girls in there. The youngest approx 2 yrs old,the eldest approx 6 or 7.No sign of any parents anywhere. After about half hr i asked the eldest child where her mum was. She replied that mum was up the road in another restaurant.I then informed your management about this only to be told that there was not much he could do about it.To say i was shocked is an understatement. Your manager had a duty of care to ring the police immediately. These children were running in and out of the back door of your restaurant. Numerous cars were going through the drive through.Anybody could have hit these children with a car or for that matter even snatched them and driven off with them.Your manager saw these children were on their own and did absolutely nothing. The restaurant was not busy, staff were standingread more
Since I've started using a mobility scooter, I've noticed which places have automatic doors and which do not. The Bakery Hill McDonald's has 2 automatic doors 1 to go in and order my meal and the other to go into another area to eat. The McDonald's on Sturt Street and the one in Sebastopol don't have automatic doors, but I find if I stop at the door it won't be long until a kind person staff or customer will arrive and hold the door open for me and the same going out. I'm grateful to all those kind people. I would not be there waiting at the door to get in if I didn't like the food. Just lately they have offered sweet potato wedges. I'll be buying them until they stop selling them. I've tried both the chicken salads. I didn't like the one with fried noodles but I liked the other one and will order it again.
