I got pretty weak, only just little more than two third of large cup full coffee today for a large latte order. Soon after I made my coffee order, I heard another person ordered a small flat white. Hmm... So, one large coffee became one large and one small coffee? Maybe that's why it was weak and not full in the cup? It was busy in the shop. But, come on, train your workers properly to make proper coffee. Now you made it diffiult to get free coffee after 4 cups of purchase. Then, make it decent coffee that is worth for what you charge.
Everytime I go to this McDonalds which is not often anymore they always get the order wrong, never put sugar in coffee or tea, they never have apple pies after 7pm ever. Customer service is not good, the kids look like they do not want to be there and never say please or thankyou. I dont think that is a reflection of them however i do think its a culture of the environment.
I wish i could find a email contact so I can say this directly to manager or owner.
I just called to ask whether "happy meals" or "pancakes" are/is available tomorrow morning for my grandchildren - I also stated it has been 3 years since I have been there at FOREST LAKE QLD (with my daughter who had eggshell through her bacon and egg mc muffin)... all I heard was ahm ahm ahm. Obviously they don't care about their customers. I will drive to another location. thanks for nothing
Poor time management, customer service and food presentation. Ordered a family box and two of the burgers were cold/unevenly made, chips were stale, drinks were diluted with water/ice which brings me to believe it had been sitting there since they opened. Lol. Threw the food out immediately and was hassled when I asked for a refund. Disgusted
