On Saturday 9th April 2016 I went there with my Dad for Lunch on the way home to Ringwood. I had a Medium Chicken McChicken Combo with a Medium Vanilla Shake and Fries also they gave me a double chicken pattie for $9.70. He had my extra pattie and a Skinny Cappuccino. We really liked our meals.
All of McDonald's customer service has dropped alot over the past five years. Morwell suffers badly from organizational problems which seems to stem from a lack of training. They consistently stuff up orders and about 50% of the time i use the drive thru i have to wait in one of the bays
terrible McDonalds, food is almost always cold, staff are rude, unkempt and constantly stand around doing nothing so the work is left to what looks like the same few every time i go there. has been multiple times where a large group of an organisation i am in have rocked up for sundaes and they have (right in front of us) turned the machine off and turned us away. they rarely clean out their grease traps and as a result have had an overflow once or twice - their fix? put out a slippery floor sign! a CUSTOMER had to call 000!
their coffee is terrible, their toilets and overall appearance of the store is iffy at best.
McDonalds Morwell, lift your game!
Worst McDonalds ever. I waited 10 minutes in drive through bay once for a cheeseburger meal. Ask for one drink, get another, drive up the road and find you have the wrong burger. I didn't think McDonalds made Egg McMuffins but yes they do. Guess I should of checked my order before I drove off, but then again dont McDonalds pride themselves on their service? Is it too hard to assume they'd get a simple order right? I once had to wait in drive through bay for a coffee; there was no one behind me! But I must give them some credit. If delivering poor service and stuffing up orders is McDonalds Morwell's goal then they are top of their game. Half a star only because I can't give them nothing.
