My lastest complaint with this McDonalds is them taking 15/20 minutes to make 2 coffees, no apologies, no difference between Cappucino and flat white....with only 1 other customer in store at the time. The manager WAS informed...I was told my order would be replaced as "the staff that served me were not Baristas and should not have been making coffee at all".
One month later...no replacement.
I shouldn't be surprised; McDonalds doesn't care about customer complaints. They never have!
The most amazing thing about this store is that when they are busy they rarely make a mistake and when they are quiet they rarely get it right. Time for management to lean on the staff to STOP the slack attitude that prevails when they have too much time on their hands. Get them cleaning. Get them to do something other than yakking out the back and stuffing orders up due to lack of concentration.
Lazy staff and rude, go through drive through at least once a week. Hand me a cardboard drink tray I take drinks and hand it back to only be rudely told they don't want it, it's for your drinks and proceeded to hand it back.
They also never close the happy meal boxes are they that lazy???
McDonalds introduced a new system to speedup customer service, I don't think so! Walked in store today, queue out to door and only 1 staff serving. (Why are there 3 registers!)
After 7 minutes wait I placed my order for 1 coke, given a ticket to wait in 2nd queue. No PA system, just a staff member waiving ticket above head. I thenread more
There are two complaints I experience a couple times a month when I bring the kids in especially on the weekends. 1. The EFTPOS in the drive through not working and 2. The shake machine is always broken especially on Sundays! Not sure what the deal is here but outside of a grumpy staff most often on the drive, this Macca's is at best - just ok or bare minimum acceptable. If only McDonald's corp. could send in some secret customers and get this placed fixed up. It's the only Maccas south of Frankston! Nobody there to serve you, one till open and multiples hardly ever ... and the queue? It's right in front of the door which means you have to stand in the way of patrons entering the store. Mgmt. must just be ignorant of this mess or simply not care. Half a star.
