I have just been to maccas at Rosny and had to wait 22 minutes for my order at drive thru. I went and saw the manager to see why I had to wait so long (they forgot I was waiting) all she could offer was a free drink and ice cream, in 27 degree heat and a 7min drive to home, it would not have been ice cream when I got home and I all ready had drinks. So they have stuffed up, I have waited 22 minutes in a hot car for a meal that ended up being soggy and the ice melted by the time I arrived home.You would think they would have tried a bit harder to make sure that I still left the store as a happier customer,SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.DEAN
I have been a customer of this store for almost 30 years. In the last 5, drive through has gone to s**t. I am constantly disappointed with parts of my basic orders missing. I made the mistake of not checking tonight and sure enough, when I got home my nuggets were missing. To top it off, my burger was flat cold. Pathetic.
I am not driving back for 15 minutes just to pick up nuggets, yet your store won't answer the phone to hear my complaint (again).
So here I am left with half my meal at twice the cost.
Teach your staff to completely check an order before it is handed out the window. It's literally the only thing at least 1 person needs to do. I am sadly not exaggerating when I say 3/7 last drive-thru orders have had mistakes. In store is great but I would never recommend your drive-thru service the way it is right now.
