I accepted the quote for repairs and waited for them to do the job. Did not turn up nor were my 6 phones calls, email and text message working. They dont have any customer satisfaction.
Very poor service and workmanship. Luckily our system was still under warranty, manufacturer advised leak from installation. McDonnell Air Condition did not attend when he said he would and did not return calls. I would not recommend this service.
